Online Auction Terms and Conditions: All property is sold "as is where is," and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the property thoroughly. Though all descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the property. Item Condition: All items are sold in as-is condition. Most items are used and should be considered to be in moderately used/aged condition unless otherwise stated. Please note that listed problems may not be exhaustive, and the absence of listed defects does not imply perfect condition. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items in person during designated preview times to ensure they meet their expectations. Item Inspection: All items are available for public inspection during designated dates and hours. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person or send a representative to verify condition, color, quality, etc. If inspection in person is not possible, bidders should adjust their bids accordingly. Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax: All sales are subject to a 13% Buyer's Premium added to the high bid. Buyers must pay sales tax at the current rate of 4.75%, unless a retail sales license is on file. Resale tax license holders should email a copy to jthenry@sccoast.net. Payment & Invoicing: The credit card on file will be charged up to $500.00 for a nonrefundable deposit on auction items. The total invoice amount includes the bid price, buyer's premium, and applicable sales tax. Any remaining balance must be paid in full on pick-up day. Item Removal: After the auction, the auctioneer is not liable for damage, theft, breakage, etc. Items must be paid for in full before removal from the premises. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned, and JOHN T HENRY AUCTION CO., LLC reserves the right to resell them without notification to the original purchaser.
