Terms: Buyer(s) will be expected to pay 10% of the purchase price on date of sale and sign a real estate contract agreeing to pay the balance on or before December 13, 2024 when clear and merchantable title will be given subject to the current lease. Sellers will terminate the current tenant before Sept. 1, 2024. Full possession will be given March 1, 2025. Sellers is to pay taxes becoming delinquent April 1, 2025 and all priors.
