ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE IN SARNIA AS WELL NOTICE: before you bid, keep in mind, YOU MUST PAY & PICKUP on Wednesday May 1, 2024- 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday May 2, 2024 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday May 3, 2024 11AM to 6PM and Saturday May 4, 2024 - 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so could result in being prevented from signing up for future auctions. We do not accept payment from countries outside of Canada, unless you come into our location and pay. Sorry. THE AUCTION HOUSE DOES NOT PACK OR SHIP ITEMS. Anything not picked up by 5 p.m. on Saturday May 4, 2024 will no longer be available and the items will be relisted into future auctions. As stated in the terms & conditions, all items are "AS IS" and we encourage viewing, but if there are issues with the item we will usually take it back and refund you, EXCEPT for items that have "As Is" or "Used" in front of the title, those are non-returnable. For the items not declared as such, if something is wrong, you must do so within 4 business days of the date of the Auction (not when you picked up). IMPORTANT- If you see the red X in the upper left corner of a lot - Your bid is multiplied by however many items are in the lot. Example "x2" is multiplied by 2 . If you bid $2.00 Per item, you will be invoiced $4.00.
