On site estate auction w contents of the home,outbuilding,etc. Professional movers on site Saturday Oct 8th from 10am - 5pm for large furniture/appliance removal. Their service is complimentary to you. We pay them. Any extra given to them is between you and them. You will be glad they are there. Pickup Sat. Oct 8th 10am - 5pm,Sun Oct. 9th 12pm-2pm. Large furniture/appliance must be picked up Sat.Oct. 8th betwen 10am and 5pm. Please bid only if you can pick up during these dates/times. Items not picked up by 2 p.m Sunday Oct 9th will be considered abandoned Please see our other sale running concurrently with this one. The two sales are 10 min. apart .
