Beautiful green Hetian jade bracelet in very good condition! Late 19th century. Hetian, also known as Hotan, is located in northwestern China (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region) and has always been synonymous with the best nephrite. The area is known for yielding the famous top-quality white “mutton fat” jade. Provenance: From a fine, Chinese owned, estate near Atlanta.
