BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING ON ALL BIDS 9% Sales Tax 13% Buyers Premium $181.75 Estimated Title & Registration Fee $100.00 Negotiable Documentary Service Fee. The maximum charge allowed for a documentary service fee is $200.00. Because the selling price is determined by competitive bidding, a $100.00 documentary service fee is deemed negotiated at time of bidding. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, bidder is agreeing to pay a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit upon winning a bid. When the auction closes, this deposit will be charged to your credit/debit card and deducted from the balance due.
