It is the bidder's responsibility to determine overall condition before bidding on an item by live preview, looking at photographs, reading descriptions or request of condition reports. BUYERS FEES: The price paid by Online Bidder is the sum of;?(a) Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),?(b) A buyers premium of 18% of the hammer price per lot?(c) All applicable sales tax.??Buyer understands and agrees that the 18% per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed. No bid retraction Items must be picked up during designated dates and times, failure to pick up items will be considered abandoned and forfeited. You will still be charged for your won lots even if forfeited. This auction may include items with unlisted reserves. Shipping will be available on certain lots. If you need items shipped there is a $10.00 handling fee per box plus shipping supplies and shipping cost. We try our best to get as much as possible into one box with adequate packing material to keep items safe during shipping. This must be paid prior to items being shipped. Shipping costs not paid within 10 days of invoices being sent will forfeit the items. We are not responsible for any damages or losses occurred during shipping. You must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Any items forfeited will be donated or re-auctioned to cover storage expenses.
