Alternate pick-up arrangements are made with the auction company by calling (785) 248-0170 Auction company will have a 85hp Tractor and Loader on site to assist buyers with loading, heavy items. SHIPPING: Barnyard Auctions LLC can offer shipping, but it will take place on or after the 26th of September. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is no buyer's premium on this auction. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Barnyard Auctions LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Barnyard Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR BARNYARD AUCTIONS LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
