Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage. ALL Items must be picked up on the specified pick up dates . All Unpaid invoices will be relisted on Tuesday following an auction. All Items paid and not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be relisted after one week of the auction date, If a refund is issued we will refund the amount minus the 16% buyers premium for restocking fee. Please submit Tax Exempt ID before auction day to prevent being charged taxes when invoiced There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased. ~All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. * Tax Exemptions must be submitted before auction day to houston1@atxauctions.com in order to be submitted to customer profile. *PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions premises *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. We do leave at 6pm and in the occasion that you are running slightly behind we would appreciate a call ahead to let us know so that you do not arrive and no one is available. If you are unable to make the pickup days we will hold items no longer than the following Wednesday after that all merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions unless there is a delay during processing. *** IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item.
