Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE 1. Winning bidder must make arrangements for pickup and payment within 2 business days of auction close. If payment is not received within that time period, buyer may be banned from participating in future auctions. 2. Condition. The Property shall be sold as is, unrepaired, WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, as to any matter. Prospective bidders rely solely on their independent investigation in purchasing the Property. Successful bidders will release Auction Brokers, Inc. from all claims and liabilities regarding the condition of the Property. 3. Handling and loading of purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will only release items to buyers with a paid copy of the auction invoice. Once the items have been paid for, they are the responsibility of the buyer and buyer agrees to hold harmless Auction Brokers, Inc. from any claims of damage or loss. 4. By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract which requires you to complete payment and removal of purchase(s) if you are the highest bidder. Your bid will not be reversed or deleted upon the completion of the bid process. All Sales are Final - No Returns. 5. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interest of the client or seller. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or averse comments they feel are not in the best interest of the seller. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to refuse bids from any buyer at their sole discretion. 6. Item Forfeiture. Items not picked up after 7 days after auction close will be deemed abandoned and forfeit. No refunds will be issued. Auction Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to dispose forfeited items as we see fit. 7. 10% buyers premium on each item purchased. 8. Purchaser will pay all legal state sales tax, unless exemption requirements are met. 9. Shipping is available only on select lots as indicated. Shipping charges are not included in the bid price and will be added to the invoice at the end of auction. 10. Payment may be made by cash, Venmo, Wire Transfer or debit and credit cards. Debit and credit cards are accepted with a 4% convenience fee. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged after 48 hours unless other payment arrangements have been made prior to the end of the 48 hour time period. Cash payments over $10,000 will be required to complete an IRS form 8300.
