Pick up day is Saturday Aug 27 in Waterloo (lot 1-32) and Kitchener (Lot 100-213) from 9-4 by appointment in Kitchener. Address and link to appointment scheduler will be emailed with invoice after the auction closes. If you won an items, you will be emailed following the sale , if you do not recieve an invoice by 12pm the next day, please email us at jantziauctions@gmail.com. IT IS YOUR RESPONSBILITY to ensure your email is accurate and up to date. Please ensure your email is accurate as this is the only form of communication you will receive . Please check your spam folder as somtimes our emails may end up there. All items to be sold as is. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Jantzi Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Jantzi Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.  Bidder acknowledges and understands that Hibid may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Jantzi Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Jantzi Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.  Items not picked up by the end of Pick up day will be disposed of unless prior arrangements are made. No refunds will be given if you chose not to pick up your items.
