If you are unable to pick up, please arrange for someone else to do so, on your behalf. Storage is not available and fees will be charged $25. per week. If not picked up in 30 days, items will be resold, no refunds. Each lot is sold AS IS & WHERE IS. All sales are final. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and no bidder shall retract his bid.
