All of the items can be shipped, unless the item is not legal in your home state. All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. All suppressors or other NFA items must be shipped to an FFL/SOT holder of your choice. You'll need to have your FFL send an copy of their license to us at bismanbids@gmail.com Buyers Premium for this auction is 20%. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. Due to the continued supply chain issues across the United States, we cannot guarantee product availabilty once the auction has closed. For ammunition, we may substitute comparable ammo of another brand in the case of a product shortage. For other availability isses, we will work to source the item for 10 business days. If the item cannot be sourced, we will refund your money to you and let you know. We must receive a copy of the FFL or SOT that you would like us to ship to within 5 business days. A $10 per day storage fee may be assessed if we don't recieve the FFL/SOT within those 5 business days. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. SHIPPING All items become your property the moment we recognize your winning bid. Items can be shipped at the Buyers expense. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the shipping company (FedEx).
