This is an Online Only Auction. Pick-up/shipping service will be offered for 3 days. If we don't hear from you by Monday, we will assume you no longer want the item(s) and will then be offered to the next highest bidder. All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties. Buyer is responsible for timely removal of items. Any items not picked up by Monday shall revert back to the seller. Bidder is aware that items may currently be for sale on other platforms. A lot may be sold before the closing date and will be deleted from the current auction. Invoices will be sent once the auction ends, with the address for pick-up. We will NOT automatically charge your card, and will collect payment upon pick-up. Methods of payment are Cash, Check, Credit Card, Zelle, Square App, Venmo @neelymstuart. Buyer's Premium will be charged at a rate of 15% for each item. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items. Must be 18 years or older to register. Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be added to your total. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges.
