The auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In the event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall, at his or her discretion decide whether to reopen the bidding. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's "hammer". The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. All items purchased on the Internet platforms must be paid for in 3 days from the date of sale unless prior arrangements have been made with TERRY HESTER AUCTION SERVICE. A dispute will be filed after that period if payment has not been made. Once a dispute is filed claims to unpaid items are void and TERRY HESTER AUCTION SERVICE will have full title & claim to these items to resell them at auction. In the event of a filed dispute the bidder will have 7 days to contact TERRY HESTER AUCTION SERVICE and arrange payment of winning bids before the dispute becomes permanent and the items re-offered. All bidders are required to register and give full identification prior to the beginning of the auction and are required to use the number issued to them when identifying themselves as the successful bidder. Bidders that sign up on the Internet platform less than 24 hours before the start of the sale will not be approved. Any bidder with limited or no history of bidding on the Internet platform might not be approved. Bidders without prior history will have to call TERRY HESTER AUCTION SERVICE to register and submit credit card information. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to auction. This is a privately owned & operated sale and we reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person and reserve the right to decline any online bidder. All internet sales using the Internet platform are subject to a flat 15% buyer's premium. Normally we allow the live bidders to start the bidding and your bid follow their bid, unless you have designated a starting bid Along with your High Bid. Then we will start with your start bid.
