LOAD OUT: Loader tractor will be available at auction site.  Load out date will be Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 9 AM or you must contact Jason @ 785-650-2433 and schedule an appointment once payment is received.    The equipment is located at 12007 283 Highway, WaKeeney, KS.  Directions are:  From the north edge of WaKeeney on Hwy 283 go 5 miles north to the Saline River bridge, at the north edge of the Saline River bridge the driveway to the Schroeder farm is on the west side of 283 Hwy. Follow the long driveway to auction site/Schroeder farm.   From the south edge of Hill City, KS on Hwy 283 go 19 miles south to the north side of the Saline River bridge, the driveway to the Schroeder farm is on the west side of 283 Hwy. Follow the long driveway to auction site/Schroeder farm.    Lots 20, 21 & 22 are from a guest consignor, these items are located east of Russell, KS.  You will need to call 785-724-1404 for any questions and to make an appointment for pickup.    NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment.   If you do not pick up during the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged and your items will be FORFEITED, immediately! (NO EXCEPTIONS) 5% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases! CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined.
