All items are sold 'AS IS-Where IS' with no warranty or guarantees , expressed or implied. It is strongly recommended that all bidders inspect the items before placing a bid. We describe each item as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantees from the seller. All photos and item descriptions are for a guidline of the item only. Payment must be received by the time of scheduled pickup with the conclusion of the auction. No items will be released until payment in full is made. Any item not picked up at the check out date and time provided will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all rights, title and interest to the property, including all monies from the buyer. If prior pick up arrangements are made, this will not apply. Returned check fees will be assessed a $35 NSF Fee and may result in the bidder being demied acess to future auctions. A 4% fee is added to all credit card transactions.Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and fees will be applied.

You can pay by cash, check or credit cards at the pick up time. 4% fee added to all credit cards used. $10 will be added for each box needed to ship your items.
Shipping will be arranged by replying to your invoice before the closing of the scheduled pick up time listed by email. $10 per box will be added to the invoice and sent to you by USPS or UPS to the address on file. Your card on file will be ran, have a valid street address listed. If your item requires freight shipping, you need to arrange a carrier. Tracking will be sent to the email on file.
