Removal/pickup – estate48.com hosts internet based auctions from homes throughout the area as well as from its warehouse location. All items must be picked up at those locations during the scheduled pickup days and time. If, for any reason, a buyer fails to remove any winning items within the alloted time, Buyer forfeits said items and they will be considered abandoned. There is no refund for abandoned items. In the event purchases are scheduled for local delivery, auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods damaged in transit or goods not removed within the alloted times. Claims - no claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises. Personal and property risk - persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore.
