All payment is due the next business day after auction ends by 5 pm. All payments after this date will incur a $25 fee and $5 a day after that. 9. Be respectful, any customers who display unruly behavior or bad language will be asked to leave and incur a be banned from platform or local pickup. Storage fees are $5 per day up to 2 weeks after 2 weeks your items will be considered abandon and items will be or resold and you will still be responsible for payment. 11. Have something to sell? we can add to catalog commission starts at 25%. 12. Although returns are rare they are only approved upon discretion of auctioneer. Buyer premuim is final and will not be refunded. Only sales tax and bid price is refundable. Buyers premium is never refundable without consent of auctioneer in rare circumstances 13. AUCTION LOTS are generated from manifest from truckload. All refunds will be given future auction credit. 14. There will be a $10 declinded credit card fee if venmo payment is not received within 24 hours of notification of declined cc. you agree that your card on file will be current and active. It takes time and resources to track down bidders for payment. This is for auction invoice and for shipping. All fees must be paid in order to release items. No exceptions. If you make venmo payment or update credit card and second attempt is successful this fee will be reduced to $10. you authorize hopkins auction to charge card on file for all auction invoices including buyers premium, and taxes. You also authorize hopkinsauction to charge card on file for all shipping and handling fees. If you want to pay by cash you must notify as soon as possible by email or in writing as we charge card on file promptly after auction. 15. Venmo is preferred payment method. There will be a 6% credit card or paypal fee added to each invoice. If you want to avoid fee please pay by venmo or cash. 16. All items unpaid by 2nd monday after auction invoice or shipping unpaid Monday after invoice sent will be considered abandoned and you release items back to auctioneer and forfeit any monies paid and you will still be responsible for payment. 17. Shipping is seperate charge from your invoice . All unpaid shipping invoice after 24 hours of sent invoice will incur a $10 late payment charge. After 3 days of unpaid shipping charge bidder will agree to abandon items paid for or pay a $25 fee. No items will be released with out complete payment of invoice shipping fees and late fees. If shipping and late fees are not paid within 3 days items will be forfeited and no refund will be given and items will be considered abondined. 18. Buyers premium is not refundable. Refunds if given will only be hammer price and tax charged.
