Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

2. Lots 600 -718: 783 Homestead Drive, Custer, SD
3. Lots 800+: Sunshine Storage South, Unit 271. 1/4 mile south of Custer on HWY 385
Property Inspection: Property will be available for inspection at the 3 locations on Friday August 12th & Tuesday, August 16th, from 11 to 2 pm each day or see the detailed descriptions & photos in the online catalog.
ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Friday, August 12th and begins to close at 4:00pm MT, Tuesday August 16th, 2022. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 6 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:30pm MT.
---PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments.
Cash, card and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.
South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except titled lots.
If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. If you cannot attend the settlement in person you will need to print, fill out completely, sign, & mail the following form.

You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration.
You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.

A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered.
---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
Property Settlement & Pickup: All items must be settled for and picked upThursday, August 18th between 10:00am & 3:00pm No Exceptions. All payments will be taken only at Bradeen Auctions 14 W Mt Rushmore Road and then proceed to other locations with your paid receipt to gather your won lots.
Cash, card and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.
As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given date. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.
All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.
You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge the credit card you registered with if no contact has been made by 3:00pm MT Thursday August 18th, 2022. Please note, the buyer will also be responsible for the 3.75% credit card transaction fee.
---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---
<b>Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium.</b> As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.
1.) 3.75% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours.
2.) Minimum $15 handling/storage fee per bidder. Additional handling/storage expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items.
3.) No Shipping and No transportation of goods available for this auction.

Bradeen Auctions retains the right, at our sole discretion, to add, delete or change some or all of our online services and the terms and conditions governing their online auctions at any time without notice.
