By bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions. 2. All winning bids require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. If you wish to pay Cash, Check w/ID at time of pickup, there are no additional processing fees. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before the removal of items or paid online via CurrencyPay. 3. 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a VALID Resale Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with Kinser Auction Service. There are no exceptions. 4. 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchase. 5. All Items sell "AS IS-WHERE IS" . If there are questions about the condition, please email the auctioneer prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no returns, refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted. 6. All items not picked up during scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company. 8. Shipping is available on all lots in this auction. Discounts on shipping costs may be available for multiple purchases shipped to one address. 9. In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, or internet, Kinser Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Kinser Auction Service shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. 10. Kinser Auction Service reserves the right to refuse or reject the bidding of any buyer that is not in the best interest of the seller. 11. By registering for this auction you consent to receiving email notices of future auctions and upcoming details. Kinser Auction Service will never send you spam or emails for other services or other Auctions not affiliated with Kinser Auction Service nor will we knowingly sell or share your contact information with any other entity. All credit/debit information is through CurrencyPay and is never saved or viewed by Kinser Auction Service.
