Description
The auction runs online only. Lots begin closing at 6pm (9pm eastern) August 18th. You can come preview all lots Thursday, August 18th at 809 North Dysart Rd, Avondale, AZ 85323. Pick up is at the same location. The Buyer's Premium will be 12% for any cash buyer. The Buyer's premium for any credit card payment will remain at 15%. Credit cards will be swiped and charged at pickup, if that is your preferred method of payment. Out of state bidders can pay via credit card and paypal. All equipment in this auction was purchased new in late 2020/early 2021 and used for 1 year. All equipment was very well maintained. Out of state bidders need to arrange their own shipping on items, with the exception for a few small items. Shipping availability will be listed in the description section of each lot. Please bring the appropriate number of people, tools and vehicles to load out your items. There is a loadout bay for removal of the larger equipment. A to Z Equipment Rentals is located down the street if a forklift rental is necessary. 803 E. Van Buren St. Avondale, AZ 85323 Items that are eligible for shipping may take up to 10 days to be processed and shipped out. We are not responsible for damage done in the shipping process.
All items sold AS IS - WHERE IS with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Bidders need to pick up during the 48 hour pick up period, unless an appointment was made. The credit card on file will be charged if a bidder does not pick up in the 48 hour period. Accepted forms of payment: Cash/Visa/Mastercard and required in full prior to removal. Buyers need arrange shipping (on large items) and removal. We may assist in loadout but are not required to do so and are not held responsible for damages incurred while loading out. Please bring the appropriate number of people and vehicles to load out your items. We do not supply packaging/boxes/packing materials. Bidders bring supplies needed to pack out small and breakable items. This is an online auction, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
