Cleopatra's Gallery has decided to close it doors and rather than run a Going-Out-Of-Business Sale, they have decided to auction off all remaining inventory which includes furniture, accessories, paintings, and oriental rugs. The owner has health issues that he needs to address immediately and needs to take some time away from the business as quickly as possible. All Furniture will be local pickup only or buyer must arrange White Glove service to pickup and deliver at the buyer's own expense. All rugs sold are being stored in a separate warehouse and will be shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Shipping charges on rugs will be estimated at time of invoicing however if the actual shipping charges are more than estimated, the buyer will be responsible for the difference. All rugs will be shipped via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. When determining the shipping costs, American Liquidators does declare the value and insure the rugs which will add to shipping charges, however normally a nominal fee. Buyer does have the option to arrange shipping with a different carrier at their own expense. EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS IS. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS. FURNITURE PURCHASES MUST BE PICKED UP LOCALLY, HOWEVER WE WILL ALLOW FOR SHIPPING BUT BUYER MUST ARRANGE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE ON FURNITURE PIECES. Shipping costs on RUGS ONLY will be calculated based on weight, delivery address, and size of shipment packaging. We generally use our negotiated rates with FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, however, customer has the right to arrange it's own shipping arrangements or may pickup for free.
