Please call 410-823-3993 to make sure staff is available. Payment Instructions: Following the close of the auction, invoices will be emailed to winning bidders. Davis-McKee Auctions accepts Visa, Mastercard, approved check (certified funds preferred), money orders and cash. Local pick up is available August 30th and 31st from 9:30 to 4:30. All items must be paid before pick up. Items must be picked up during the scheduled window. Items left after August 31st will be considered abandoned property, which will be disposed of without liability to the defaulting bidder. All sales are final. A 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid as part of the purchase price, regardless of payment method. All lots sold “As Is”. Please note: unfortunately, the accuracy of lot descriptions cannot be guaranteed. Some lots eg. Walk-in refrigeration, cooking surfaces, plumbing, etc. are currently connected to utilities. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to uninstall these lots in a professional workman like manner.
