Lead 2 night Stay at the Chocolate Mansion
Description
John & Deborah Wockenfuss first came to the Black Tie - Black Leather affair with Deb's brother, Dave Putnam, in 2019. They purchased the Mini Bee's playhouse for their home on Silver Lake. When we delivered the play house, they asked how they could help. This year for the 2022 auction, they have donated time in the Twin Bing Suite at their Chocolate Mansion, a beautiful boutique hotel in Sioux City. The Chocolate Mansion is an 1894 Victorian family estate in Sioux City, Iowa, now open as a boutique hotel. This elaborate piece of history boasts three stories of architectural twists and turns, bringing back the era of romance and beauty. With six different bedroom options, any guest can find that perfect place to retire for the evening. Each room offers a period-appropriate color scheme, delectable candies to suit the space and pristine art pieces. This auction item includes: 2 night stay at the Chocolate Mansion in the Twin Bing Suite and a gift basket What a fun/romantic getaway weekend for a couple! This Bing Room Suite is fit for a king and queen. Located on the second floor of the mansion, it is arguably the most expansive and beautiful room in the mansion. The bedroom holds a king-size bed, a full en suite bathroom, a dressing room and a separate room with a double-size bed. This is the perfect room for the team of travelers, a tag-along friend, etc. Window views include historic northside street view, pool and garden. Enjoy the common areas! This room has access to all common areas of the mansion including a full kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, two front parlors/living rooms, basement game room with pool table and living space and heated outdoor saltwater swimming pool. While we do not allow children under 10, we do make exceptions. Please inquire before booking. We do not provide a continental breakfast; however, we have a fully equipped kitchen for all guests to use during their stay. Swimming pool closes for the season in mid-September, based on weather. Must climb stairs. www.chocolatemansionsiouxcity.com
