This is a large estate sale in a lovely neighborhood. It has many unique items such as peacock chairs, lots of brass planters and items, lucky elephant plant stands, sewing items, MCM items, beds, copper molds, living room furniture, clay pots, pation furniture and more. Auction ends with a soft close at 6:00 pm CST, Thursday, August 25, 2022. Pickup days will be Friday, August 26, and Saturday, August 27, 2022, 10-2 CDT. Please be sure to observe our pickup dates and times. NO SHIPPING offered on this sale. No exceptions. If you aren't available to pickup on the scheduled days, please do not bid. There is a discount on the buyer's premium for cash payments. We accept credit cards, cash or local checks. Please bring help to load your items as estate sale workers may not be available to help. You will also need to bring your own packing materials. If we have your items in a cardboard box, you may take it but we will need you to repack items in gray or blue tubs.
