If buyer fails to make payment good in full immediately following the sale the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, Re-Sell such property at public or private sale and buyer shall be required to pay any loss or expense incurred therein, including attorney fees and court cost. Which means it will begin to close Wednesday August 24th 4pm. CST This is a gradual close of items beginning in Lot Order if active bidding is Taking place on a lot time will be extended, to give each person time to respond. Neither The Auction Company nor Seller is Responsible for Lost Internet Connections for any reason..The computer Software determines which bid is accepted first when it comes to tie bids. 10. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. Example: If an item sells for $100.00, then add 15% =$15.00=$115.00. Buyer pays sales tax on total. 11. PICK UP TIME WILL BE ON Saturday, August 27th FROM 10AM-4PM 12. No Shipping Offered. If you are from Out of Town and need a longer time to get your items, I am positive the sellers will work with you with a reasonable time. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Buyer is responsible for all loading of purchased items. Please come prepared with dollies, boxes, tools and help for loading. 13. This Auctioneer is Licensed, & Regulated under a State Issued Recovery Fund. This Fund protects both the Buyer and Seller from inappropriate and fraudulent actions by this Auctioneer.
