DAY ONE of the Online Auction starts Friday, August 5th at 6 PM and will begin closing on Monday, August 15th at 6 PM. These lots will not end all at the same time so please use the countdown clock to determine the actual ending time. DAY TWO will begin closing the following day on Tuesday, August 16th at 6 PM
Preview Date/Time Preview: Sunday, August 14th from 2 PM to 7 PM On both of these days we will be giving tours through the houses. You may not be allowed to roam freely as Mr. Fisher still has a few personal items in the home.
Checkout Date/Time This auction will have 3 pick up days. They are Wednesday, August 17th through Friday, August 19th. Since this house is packed full we are requesting that Wednesday be reserved for buyers with small items or items that don’t require being emptied before it can be moved. We will be very limited with space in the house and don’t want to risk damage to anything. We are mainly referring to large pieces of furniture such as desks, beds, dressers and things of that nature. The larger items can be picked up on the 18th. We would like to reserve Friday, the 19th for "demo day". Anyone coming to remove appliances or permanent fixtures should come on Friday. Pick up times for ALL 3 days will be from 10 AM to 6 PM daily. After each part of the auction closes you will receive an email with contact numbers and invoice link.

Hello Everyone! Thank you ALL for making what we put so much time and effort into such a success! This auction is being brought to you out of Winnsboro, TX. Heroes Ranch is a recreational retreat providing “Outdoor Accessible” Family adventures and Fellowship for injured, ailing, wounded or disabled Heroes. They proudly welcome Heroes and their families from Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighter’s, First Responders, Gold Star Families and Special Needs Families. They have purchased a property next door and plan to completely remodel this home. It was a very nice residence for many years with quality furnishings. It appears to be a no pet, non-smoking home. Due to the number of lots and the time it takes to close an online auction, we will be doing the auction in TWO DAYS, one ending on Monday, the 15th and the other ending on Tuesday, the 16th starting to end at 6pm both evenings. Both online auctions will start on August 5, 2022. You will NOT want to miss either of these auctions There are just as many great things ending on Monday night as there is on Tuesday night. Please be aware that because of ending on two different evenings, it is considered 2 separate auctions and bidders will need to register for both.
