TERMS INFORMATION: This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS OR ARRANGE SHIPPING during the scheduled removal times. NO refunds or chargeback's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal fee for disposal of your items. Abandoned items will be disposed of at our discretion. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Bidders. Any rights of bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The laws of the state of Ohio shall govern the rights and obligations of the parties. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Ohio. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. TAX: All sales are charged Ohio sales tax unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided. PAYMENT: Credit cards will ALWAYS be charged at the end of the auction. You must have available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. If your payment is declined at the end of the sale Off Main reserves the right to resell your item. At the conclusion of the auction you will be sent an INVOICE email with a total of the items you won. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item, without any implied or expressed warranty by Off Main LLC. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Measurements are written as Width-Depth-Height. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please inspect the item or bid accordingly. You are bidding on the described item not the photo. ITEM PICK-UP: Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring needed packing material and boxes, along with assistance to remove heavy items and tools for dismantling. Item Removal: All items must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up date. If other arrangements are necessary, please contact site manager via email at Offmainllc@gmail.com. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location, no items will be released without a paid email receipt. If your item/s are not removed on scheduled pick-up dates, Off Main reserves the right to resell your items (even if your items are paid in full). SHIPPING: Off Main LLC, does offer shipping. Buyers will pay actual shipping cost and a $10.00 shipping and handling fee per item. Items that can easily be consolidated will instead be charged a $10.00 per box and actual shipping cost. For international purchases we do have a list of shippers that our clients have used in the past. Contact Offmainllc@gmail.com and we will provide that list of shippers. It can also be supplied to bidders who request it in advance of the auction. FAQs. Is my purchase insured? All purchases are fully insured. According to insurance carrier stipulations, all items sold for $500 or more are shipped with a signature required on delivery. My Items was lost/damaged in the mail. What do I do? No worries - all purchases are fully insured. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipment, please notify me immediately upon receipt of the parcel. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods must not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to me before a claim is completed. Failure to comply will result in claim denial. Photograph the damaged item and all packing materials for insurance documentation purposes - multiple photos are recommended. During the claims process, a signed claim statement/affidavit will also be required. Please note claims adjustors may ask to examine the parcel when the claim is filed.
