A 10% buyer's premium will be applied to each lot. A 3% convenience fee will be charged for credit card payment. Failure to pickup and complete payment within pickup dates will result in total forfeiture / claim of the item. Buyer accepts that under no circumstance, will he or she initiate a charge back. By submitting a bid, you agree to complete the transaction. All items must be paid in full before removal. Video surveillance is active while the bidding is open, during previews, and during pickup/removal dates. In-person inspection is strongly encouraged. A fee of 3.95 will be applied to each lot that needs shipping. You will be charged actual shipping. A 3% credit card convenience fee will be applied to your shipping and handling costs.
