On Hibid, once the lot is sold it will read, You May Have Won or Outbid. When it says You May Have Won that is what it means maybe yes, maybe no. If there was a tie bid due to 2 persons putting in the same maximum amount you will both receive the notice You May Have Won. In this case the person to enter their maximum first is the winning bidder. Your formal notice that you were the winning bidder is by email with the attached invoice. Please check your spam folder to alleviate confusion. Payment on purchases UNDER $15,000 can be made thru Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer. THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON PURCHASES OF $15,000 AND OVER IS WIRE TRANSFER. We will not charge a fee for wire transfers but the bank you are wiring the money from will. Payment is required by Saturday, Sept 3 by 2pm. "Checks in the mail" will not be accepted as payment. Pickup will require paid invoice. LOADING WILL BE THURS SEPT 1st, FRI SEPT 2nd from 1pm-7pm and SAT SEPT 3rd from 10am-2pm. Property is to be removed by Tues Sept 13th. Items remaining after SEPT 13 are subject to daily storage fees. Items not picked up by Sept 30 are thus forfeited by the buyer and become the property of the auction company. There is no shipping provided for this auction.
