TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A 10% non-refundable deposit will be due within 24 hours of sale with balance due on or before 45 days from sale date. Buyer shall make this down payment by either approved check or wire transfer. All wiring fees shall be paid for by the buyer. This property is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed, written or implied. This is an online-only auction that will be ending Wednesday August 31st, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. EDT with a soft close. The property will be sold subject to seller's confirmation (sells with reserve). BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid to determine final sales price. Seller reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time prior to the final bid closing.
