There is no buyer's premium and sales tax is not required to be charged on items in this auction. Printed statements or descriptions by King Realty & Auction Co., Inc. are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. King Realty & Auction Co., Inc. has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of each item. However, It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. Bidders are responsible for determining the condition and suitability of each lot. Payment Methods: We accept cash or good check at the auction site. Debit or Credit cards are accepted "online" only. We do not accept credit or debit cards at the auction site. We are set up to collect credit card payments through Currency Pay. To do this, the bidder must put in credit card information when registering to bid. This does not mean you have to use that credit card as a payment method, but you will have that option at the end of the auction if you want. The credit card information will only be kept until the end of the auction. If you would rather pay by cash or check when you pick up the items, notify us by email that you want to pay by cash/check at pick up. An email can be sent to us at kingrealtyandauction@gmail.com. Otherwise, credit card payments will be run on Friday, August 26th. In the event of non-payment of items, the bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. No Buybacks: Sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction. Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a lot closing, then time will be extended an additional 2 minutes onto the time left remaining. Stagger Close: This features a stagger close which means items end in several second increments. For example, if the auction has a stagger close at 7:00, lot 2 will close at 7:00:10, lot 3 will close at 7:00:20 and so on. The stagger close can also be affected by the soft close if bids are placed in the last 2 minutes. Preview Day: Preview will be held on Sunday August 14th from 1PM until 5PM at 123 North Main Street, Loretto, TN. Please preview all items prior to bidding as they are selling AS IS. Item Pick Up: Pick up of items will be on Saturday August 27th from 10AM until 5PM ONLY. All items purchased must be picked up and paid for on this day. No exceptions. Please be prepared to pay for and pick up items on this day before you place a bid on any items. Please call our office if you have any qestions regarding the pickup times and location. Any items not picked up on this day will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, unless arrangements are made prior to the end of the auction. There will be no shipping of items to you. Any items paid for and not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold to pay the storage fee. Purchasers are responsible for the removal of all purchased items.
