Duane Barr and his family have decided it is time to retire from farming. Duane is offering this excepetional line of equipment up for public live/simulcast auction on Thursday, September 8, 2022. The auction will be held at the main farm located at 2102 W. 400 N. Winchester, IN 47394. The auction will start promptly at 5 P.M. You do not want to miss out on the opportunity to own a piece of this fine equipment line. Duane is offering a great selection of Allis-Chalmers, Ford, and AGCO equipment. There will also be antique and vintage farm equipment and collectibles. Flesher Brothers Auctioneering & Real Estate Inc. is honored and excited to host the Duane Barr Farm Retirment Auction.
Cash, check with proper I.D., Debit/Credit Card (3% convenience fee). No BP for live auction bidders. 5% BP for online simulcast buyers. All absentee bids must be received prior to the start of the sale. Statements made day of the sale take precedence over printed material. All items are sold "As is, where is." Once an item is sold it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up day of sale or during the scheduled pick up time. Special arrangements will need to be made with the auction company if pick up can not be completed day of sale or during the scheduled pickup time of September 9th from 9 a.m. -12 p.m.
