These types of arrangements need to be made on the first day of pick ups. Any item not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status. * Village Square Auction does in-house shipping of smalls. We select the most economical shipping for you, if you would like special shipping such as insurance, sign on delivery it is your responsibility to tell us before the item is shipped. If your item requires special boxes we have to purchase to ship to you, you will be charged for the box/materials needed to ship your items. You, the buyer, are responsible for ALL shipping costs. You will receive a second email with shipping on your settlement with the shipping cost added to your amount due. This must be paid before we ship the items. If your invoice is not paid by the end of scheduled local pick up times listed on the auction, your credit card on file with HIBID will automatically be charged for your items and shipping. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches. * Cards on file will be automatically be charged If you have not contacted us 48 Hours after the Auction Ends to make other payment arrangements.
