If any lot in this group has its bidding extended at the end of the auction, all of the other lots in this group will have their bidding extended allowing bidders to jump back and forth In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or made arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day, the auction company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction company may at their discretion permanently ban the non-paying bidder from doing business with Langham Auctioneers, in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.
