Description
Your winning bid is for the complete contents of a 10'x20' storage unit located in Sparta Wisconsin. We took pictures from the entrance to the unit, it is FULL and there are many boxes in the back. Upon payment buyer will receive key and address to the unit. Winning bidder MUST have the entire storage unit empty and broom swept by the end of the day (6pm) on July 15th 2022. There are no exceptions to this!!!! Winning bidder will pay a $100 deposit at the time of invoice payment which will be refunded at the time of the unit being empty and swept. All bids final, items are not owned or tested by HBA and all items sold "As Is" 12% Buyers Premium and 5.5% Sales tax will be added to the winning bid.

All shipping invoices will have a $5 handling fee for our time and costs associated with transporting and dropping off to Safeship. All packing and shipping is done by Safeship in Tomah WI (608-372-9500) and you will pay them directly for the packing and shipping cost. We charge a $5 per invoice handling fee to load, transport, and deliver the items to Safeship for packaging.
