The old water heater had a leak and damaged the rear bedroom. This area is partially finished and the property will be sold as is. All interested parties must submit an Edgewood Grove Estates Residency Application and be approved before bidding. Approval takes 24 to 48 hours. You can get an application at the community office or by emailing Tamara Harwell at hopwood@harmonycommunities.com. Community Information: The monthly lot rent is $450 + $16/Trash = $466 mo. Water/Sewage: The water and sewage is master metered, each resident will received a water/sewage bill based of their personal usage thru a device we have on their water meter that sends a signal to a third party billing company that sends out the bills for us (at the same rate as the borough). This will also be paid to us and due with lot rent. All rents and bills are due on the 1st of every month. Acceptable forms of payment: ACH (preferred!) Online Check/Money Order ($25/handling fee) Pet policy: All pets must have a prior management approval. No more than 2 management approved pets per home. Breed restrictions (no aggressive breeds for dogs). Weight restrictions for dogs (40lbs. or less). No leads or fenced yards. Must obey leash laws. Monthly pet fee (currently $15 mo.)
