At approximately 6:30 p.m. on August 18th - The live catalog button will appear, Click "LIVE CATALOG" to display real time count down. At 7 p.m. the auction software will close one or more lots each minute in lot number order. Lots do not end at the same time. If you do not click "LIVE CATALOG" your computer will not display the most recent bids. If your internet is slow or unreliable you can bid a MAX BID and the software will bid incrementally for you. Soft Close: If a bid is placed in the last (1) minutes bidding will be reset to (1) minute. This will continue until one (1) minutes elapses without any bids, at which time the auction will close and the property will be declared "Sold" to the highest bidder. If the lot shows green "May Have Won" you are are the winner. An invoice will be sent via email after all lots of the auction have closed.
Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding.
