(Soft Close) NO SHIPPING-Pick-Up ONLY-NO EXCEPTIONS! Please ensure you, or someone you know, can pick up your winning items during the Specified Pick Up Times PRIOR to bidding on them. AUCTION PICK UP LOCATION: 545 St Laurent Blvd ( Le Parc Condos), Ottawa, ON K1K 4N1 (Exact address details will be provided to winning bidders) PICK UP DATES AND TIMES: Friday August 19th from 3:00pm-6:00pm Saturday August 20th from 10:00am-12pm EST This sale features many high end vintage and antique items from the contents of a home with diverse and exquisite taste. All items were cherished and have therefore been meticulously taken care of. This is why most items in this sale are in pristine condition, showing only minimal wear. You will find Mid Century Modern (MCM) furniture, original art and prints, collectibles, china and dinnerware, clothing as well as everyday household items and electronics. Also up for grabs is a beautiful Daume Nancy sculpture, some impressive pieces of jewelry, as well as a 2007 Cadillac CTV. How to Bid This is an Online-Only Auction . You can browse the items without registering, however, if you wish to place a bid, you will need to register. Auction will end (soft close) at 7pm EST on Tuesday August 16th 2022. If you cannot attend the "live" bidding starting at 7pm on Tuesday, you can set a maximum bid and the system will bid on your behalf, just enough to keep you in the lead. This feature is the surest way to win the items you're interested in at the lowest possible price, up to the amount you specified. We have a two-minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
