1. Every auction of sale shall be governed in accordance to Oho Law. 2. Schleeter's Auction acts as an agent only in respect of goods for the purpose of sale. 3. All merchandise is sold "AS IS". Buyers should therefore satisfy themselves by physically inspecting items before bidding as to the origin, authenticity, quality, age, ect. of item. 4. At the fall of the hammer or auctioneer saying "SOLD" the highest bidder shall be the buyer. As according to Ohio Law, all merchandise is sold "With Reserve" items not meeting sellers reserve will be pronounced as "No Sale". 5. Auction House reserves the right to Bid for Seller up to reserve price, Seller is forbidden to bid on their own merchandise. 6. By registering for a Bid Number, you are entering into a contract and agreeing with terms of the auction. 7. All merchandise shall be paid in full at the end of the acution. 8. Schleeter's Auction applies a 10% buyers premium to the total of buyers purchases plus sales tax when applicable. 9. Buyers shall remove lots at there own risk 10. All merchandise shall be removed by the end of sale or the announced removal time. 11. Buyers bidding on talbe lots (Buying all left on the table) shall take all of the lot they bid on, a $5.00 charge will be charged to the buyer for leaving unwanted items. 12. We accept Cash, Visa/MC @ No Extra Charge 13. All auctions will have surveillance cameras running with audio. We will prosecute for stolen merchandise.
