There will be a 15% Buyer's Nonpayment policy ** YOU BID IT, YOU BOUGHT IT!! ** If you win a bid and do not pay, you will be banned from all future auctions with Blizzard, LLC. Any lots not paid for will be subject to immediate resale Vehicles must be PAID FOR by 4:00 p.m. the Monday following the auction and REMOVED by 4 pm Tuesday unless previously arranged. If you cannot adhere to these timeframes please DO NOT BID! Please plan accordingly! A Drivers license is required for all winning bids as well as to enter the tow yard. All vehicles sold are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and with NO WARRANTIES implied or otherwise. VEHICLES MAY BE ADDED OR DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE for any reason. All bidders must be registered to bid. Paperwork for the winning bidders will only be put in the registered bidder's name. By attending and/or participating in this auction, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional or modified terms or conditions announced by the auctioneer. Internet bidders have additional Terms and Conditions Blizzard LLC as well as Aurora Transportation Inc reserve the right to group multiple lots into one or more selling lots or to subdidvide lots into two or more selling lots. Inspection - It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the goods during the inspection period provided prior to the auction. Bidders on vehicles are responsible for compliance with the emission regulations for their area. Bidder's failure to inspect goods will not constitute grounds for any claim for damages, adjustment, cancellation of purchase, or any other remedy. Condition of Goods - All goods are sold as-is, where is, without express or implied warranties and without recourse against Blizzard LLC or the seller. There is no guarantee, warranty, or representation, expressed or implied, as to the quality, kind, character, quantity, weight, size, description, or fitness for any use or purpose of any sale goods. Bidders are responsible for the security of their purchases immediately after the award is made.. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller or on his own behalf, staff, absentee, and/or Internet. The auctioneer reserves the right to start the opening bid. Disputes Between Bidders - If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may render a decision or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and abso¬lute. . Purchasers are responsible for the paperwork provided, a fee will be charged for replacement paperwork. Removal - Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harm¬less both Blizzard LLC and Aurora Transportation Services Inc against any damage caused by acts of the purchaser and/or his agents.. Nondelivery Responsibility – Blizzard LLC is an agent only and shall not, in any event, be liable for nondelivery, whether such non-delivery results from the seller's decision to withdraw the goods from the sale or for other reasons. In the case of nondelivery, Personal and Property Risk - Agency - a blizzard is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principals. Auctioneer's Note: Everything sells "AS IS WHERE IS," with no warranties implied or expressed. Neither the auctioneer nor the owners shall be liable for any incorrect description, fault, or defects. Everything positively sells to the highest bidder unless stated prior to or during the auction or a reserve has been set on that lot Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents or stolen property. All estimates are generated on an internet-based estimator and are assuming the vehicles run, have standard equipment, and have an average amount of wear, milage, and popularity for the vehicle's make and year. These estimates are for general information only and are not a guarantee of what the vehicle is worth or a representation of condition. It is the responsibility of you (the buyer) to verify and determine the condition and/or value. Blizzard LLC and Aurora Transportation Services Inc do not guarantee of condition or value of any lots.
