Local Pickup in SOUTHEAST SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI - The address for pick up will be available on your invoice after the auction closes. Shipping is available through a 3rd party shipping service, Rapid Ship Republic. If you need to ship, Rapid Ship will reach out to you - all shipping payments will be processed through them. Buyer pays all shipping and handling fees to the 3rd party shipper. **AB Estate Sales of Missouri is not responsible for shipping or insurance on shipped items. Pick up date and time for this auction is Thursday, 8/18/2022. In order to keep traffic flow handled we ask you please pick up in this order, last name letter A-H 4:15pm-5:00pm, I-P 5:15 pm-6:00pm and Q-Z 6:15pm-7:00pm. Please DO NOT come to pick up your items early or at any other time. We will not be able to assist you. This is a VERY LARGE Estate so unfortunately we will not be able to hold over any paid items for a future pick up. (We’d love to but have very limited space and need to move items so to be able to sell more of the stock). *Invoice must be paid by Wednesday, 8/17/2022 6:00pm. Sorry, no exceptions. There will be no one on site to help with lifting/loading, please arrange for loading/unloading help if needed. Please be advised, there are stairs at the pick up location. All items are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied by the auction company. We do our best to identify and detail our items clearly.
