GSG Auction "Terms & Conditions": The bidder(s) and auctioneer(s) agree that the terms listed below are binding & apply to all sales made to the buyer(s) through HiBid Online Auction service. 1. GSG Auction provides lots listed ONLY through HiBid online auction services. We DO NOT participate in live auctions or simulcasts. Previews of any of our lots are available locally at our shop prior to, or during auction running times. This DOES NOT ensure extra photographs or information to be provided to bidders, other than ones already shown in current auction lots. 2. All lots listed by GSG Auction are being sold AS IS & ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Auction items are pictured to represent their natural quality in proper lighting. Condition is to be judged by the bidder(s), and we make no assumptions in regards to individual details. Out of respect to the property of our consignee(s) & seller(s), we make NO REPRESENTATIONS & NO WARRANTIES. 3. The highest bidder at auction close shall be the winner/buyer, and is solely responsible for payment. If any dispute arises, then the Auctioneer(s) reserves the right to use their descretion in canceling the sale & relisting the lot. 4. The auctioneer(s) reserves the right to reject any bids made on a lot at all times. Bidders are indivividually approved or rejected for every auction, so please ensure contact & payment information is accurate. Late registrations/bids may not be approved in time to be successful. 5. GSG Auction is not liable for any misuse of technology or errors that are incurred because of it. This means that a bid(s) made by mistake by a bidder(s) checked into any of our auctions are considered as final. They CANNOT be retracted. 6. Payment for auction lots are required within 48 hours of auction close. We accept cash on pickup, major debit/credit cards(+3.5% service fee), and paypal(+3%) / venmo(+2%) (except on gun purchases). Buyer(s) is responsible for paying shipping & handling charges if local pickup is not available. Buyer(s) is also responsible for establishing communication in regards to shipping. Any NON-PAYING BIDDER(S) will be BLOCKED from future bidding on any of GSG Auction's lots. Buyer(s) ARE NOT allowed to dispute any charges made on a card used as payment, as that information is voluntarily provided during the sale. 7. Buyer(s) is responsible for paying buyer fees, premiums, & commisions. There is a 15% buyer's premium on lots up to $1,000, & 10% on lots exceeding $1,000. 8. When purchasing a firearm through GSG Auction, a copy of a valid & current state registered FFL liscence is REQUIRED before shipment. (FFL location must match your state of residence) The purchased firearm will then be shipped to the matching FFL establishment with a copy of our FFL liscense as well. This will be the location where you are legally able to pick up your purchased firearm. This is in accordance to federal gun laws prohibiting unlawful sales of firearms. 9. All jewelry, coins, currency, & gold/silver bullion have been verified as genuine with non-destructive analysis & testing.
