Auction Terms & Conditions *****ATTENTION ALL BUYERS-PLEASE READ IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT FOR YOUR PURCHASES***** Upon successful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box below, the buyer agrees to pay for all items the buyer purchases in this auction within 3 days of receiving invoice unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. The buyer also understands by agreeing to these terms that they will be invoiced for these purchases regardless if the buyer fails to take ownership of the items at one of the scheduled pickup days. Buyers that fail to take ownership of their items, and refuse to pay for these items, will be blocked from all future online auctions conducted by B6 Auction Company (b6auctions.com) and legal action will be brought against these buyers to secure payment on the items purchased, at the buyers expense in Bell County, Texas. Purchase Price + 15% Buyers Premium + Applicable Sales Tax. CC PAYMENTS Purchase Price + 10% Buyers Premium + Applicable Sales Tax. CASH PAYMENTS We will follow these terms. --Forms of Payment-- We accept MC, VISA and DISCOVER, CASH --Buyers Premium-- A 15.0% BP will be added to the final invoice for all bidders who pay with CC A 10% BP will be added to the final invoice for all bidders who pay Cash. --Sales Tax-- A 7.75% sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless we have a tax exempt form on file. --AS IS WHERE IS-- It is the BUYERS responsibility to: -perform all inspections of the items and to be satisfied as to its description, condition and/or authenticity prior to bidding. -independently verify any information they deem important including information available. -verify all information contained in the item description and all promotional materials, including, but not limited to, photographs, dimensions, conditions, etc. These were provided by or on behalf of the seller and are believed to be correct; however, neither the seller or the auction company makes any promise, representation, guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information, inspect all items prior to bidding. Failure to inspect the property does not relieve the bidder of responsibility for payment and removal as stated in these terms. --Seller PO disclosure-- B6 Auction Company discourages any and all sellers from purchasing their consigned items personally or through a 3rd party through the online auction. We do state that it is hard to monitor all seller activity during the auction via the online platform and can not guarantee that sellers will not purchase their consigned items. Therefore, B6 Auction Company does allow seller PO's (pullout) at the sellers discretion. The State of Texas does allow sellers to purchase their items back from auctions so long as the auction company discloses this fact to its buyers. B6 Auction Company discloses to all buyers and sellers that all sellers are allowed to purchase their own items through the online auction platform at their own discretion. Sellers that wish to do so will be charged for these purchases and full commission plus a 5% PO fee will be deducted from the final settlement, no exceptions. --Closing Day Software Settings-- On closing day please make sure you set the auction to auto refresh every 30 seconds to ensure you are always looking at current information. These settings will appear at the top of the auction catalog when the auction starts to close on the last day. This auction will have a soft closing which gives all current high bidders that are outbid within the last 2 minutes of the auction an additional 3 minutes to place their final bids. Our auction software can also place your pids by proxi if you are not able to watch the auction close. This means that you can leave your maximum bid and the software will automatically bid for you if you are outbid as the auction progresses. After the auction has completely ended, all winning bidders will be invoiced and emailed auction results within 24 hours of auction close. You will NOT be contacted if you are not the winning bidder. Credit card payment information and instructions will be included on invoice. --BID RETRACTIONS-- A bid is a binding contract to buy. Please make sure you have reviewed your bid prior to submitting your bid. Once a bid has been submitted, it can not be retracted or changed. Bid retractions or changes are not allowed. --Pickup Dates-- We offer 7 days from the end of auction for item pickup. By agreeing to our terms you accept and take responsibility that all items purchased through B6 Auction Company become the sole property of the buyer upon close of the auction and successful payment. B6 Auction Company assumes no responsibility of delivering your items to any location if you fail to pick your items up on the scheduled pickup dates. No refunds will be issued by B6 Auction Company if you fail to attend pickup to retreive your items and they will be considered abandoned at the end of the last posted scheduled pickup date/time. You will need to bring packing material, boxes and manpower to load your purchases. Policy For Shipping Options: NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - US SHIPPING ONLY!! USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING ONLY. We ship in USPS Priority Mail boxes. With this auction we should be able to send you a total with shipping within 48 hours of auction ending. When the invoice is sent, your item is ready to ship and will be shipped once payment is received. Your paid receipt will be emailed along with your USPS Tracking number.
