It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all terms and conditions prior to bidding. ONLINE BIDDING: This is a timed, Online-Only Auction. The highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. This auction will incorporate a Soft-Close. Bidding within the last 3 minutes before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 1 minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. ITEMS: All items are sold "As-Is", "Where Is" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied by the seller or Cleveland Collectibles and Antiques. BIDDERS: Bidders accept all auction items/property "With All Faults", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect photos of items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Cleveland Collectibles and Antiques. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. The Auction Software used by Cleveland Collectibles and Antiques will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. INVOICING AND PAYMENT: We are unable to access your credit card information from HiBid. After the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an UNPAID INVOICE via email. We will contact you the following business day for payment. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 2 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies. Auction items will not be shipped until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future online auctions conducted by Cleveland Collectibles and Antiques. LOTS: All lots are subject to removal from online auction prior to auction close.
