Description	We have several vehicles ready for auction these all come from new car trade-in locations they all have been serviced by a mechanical facility and run and drive as they should with no known defects.

All items are offered for sale as is, where is and no special warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGEBACKS. All NEW BIDDERS are required to pay $100 deposit to bid until the bidding account is established deposit is applied to winning bid. Deposits paid by non winning bids will be refunded within 7 days and we are not responsible for fees charged by Zelle Venmo or Credit Card Company when deposit is paid. If you default on your bid you will be charged the buyers premium of 15% and 50% of your bid failure to comply we will follow any remedy allowed to us in the courts of Johnson County Kansas.
