Auction Terms & Conditions: All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/consignor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. There is no live "in Person" preview for most of our auctions. Lots close at 25 second intervals beginning at 4:00PM PST, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 1 additional minute, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots). Your Bid is a Contract: Please bid only if you will honor any purchases that you make. We do report non-paying bidders to the National Database to exclude them from further online auction bidding. Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction, and your credit card on file will be charged. If you are outside of the local area we will assume you want shipping and the shipping charge will be charged on a second updated invoice. If you live in the local area and need your items shipped, put a note stating that when you register under the "auctioneer notes" or please send us an email and verify your address. You will be charged shipping on second updated invoice and your credit card will be charged as soon as we can get the shipping costs calculated. Pick Up Terms: All items MUST be picked up Mon-Wed after the auction. Other pickup times can be arranged if necessary, please contact us. Any items left more than 10 days without making arrangements will become our property. SHIPPING RULES: Yes, we can ship most items and try to keep costs low. If you win several lots that make up a larger amount, it may come in more than one box. ***Make sure your address is correct both as you registered with us and HiBid.*** If either one is wrong and the package goes to the wrong address, you are responsible, thank you. We charge the standard costs of either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Plus a service charge of $2.50 per lot. Some hard to ship items may have an extra service charge, which will be stated in the item details. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. Shipping time will vary depending on the amount of items we have to ship.
