Description
Welcome to Twisted Treasures auctions, consignments, and estates, where we have a little bit of everything! You'll find we have a bit of vintage and modern items, collectibles, pop culture, durable goods, and much more! Auctions run Thursday to Thursday, with pick up available by appointment on the Saturday and Sunday following the auction close. Appointment times can be made after auction concludes by contacting us at TwistedOhana@gmail.com.
GENERAL TERMS: All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. All photographs are of the actual items being auctioned and should be considered part of the description. We do our very best to photograph and describe each item and identify flaws or missing parts but be aware that we are not necessarily experts on every item we sell. All sales are final, and no returns are accepted. In person previews are not available at this time, so if you have questions, please ask as early in the auction as possible. We commit to providing great service and being as honest as possible about the items we offer. We want you to be happy and keep coming back to Twisted Treasures! Lots will close on Thursday evenings, on a "soft close" process. This means that bids submitted in the two minutes of the auction will extend the auction time by another minute, giving everyone a fair chance to win an item without being "sniped." Your bid is considered a binding contract. We report non-paying bidders to HiBid Auctions and Auction Flex. These reports can result in non-paying bidders being excluded from future auctions. PAYMENTS: Shortly after the close of the entire auction, you will receive an invoice at the email address you used to register, which will include a link to pay via PayPal. Payment must be made within 72 hours of the auction closing, either via PayPal online, or you can pay via cash or credit card when you pick up your items. If you pay with PayPal, it is suggested that you print out your proof of payment and bring it with you when you pick up your winnings. At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders, or traveler's checks. PICK UP: All items must be picked up in Wood Village, Oregon, on Sunday or Monday following the auction close. If you know that you will not be able to make a pickup date, please contact us prior to the close of the auction and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements. All pickups are by appointment only. Any paid for items that are not arranged for pick up fourteen days after the auction ends will be considered abandoned and will remain the property of Twisted Treasures Auctions. Appointment times are: Saturday 11AM - 4PM Sunday 11AM - 3PM Winning bidders will be provided appointment scheduling information when the invoice is generated. Please bring your own boxes, bags, and/or packing materials, as we don't generally have these items on hand. SHIPPING: We will ship smaller items that can survive being handled roughly. PLEASE MAKE SURE AN ITEM DOES NOT STATE "NO SHIP" BEFORE BIDDING IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING! Generally, only items that fit in a small, medium, or large Flat Rate Priority Mail USPS box will be shipped. (Look for the truck shipping icon on lots that can be shipped.) We strive to give you the best value possible, but we are not offering other carriers or other packaging at this time. We will pack your items as efficiently as possible while still ensuring that it is safe. Very few items will fit in a small box, so you should plan for shipping to cost between $20 and $30. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs, plus $5 for the first lot (and $2 for each subsequent lot) for handling and packaging. Current Flat Rate shipping costs are: Small Flat Rate Box - $9.45 Medium Flat Rate Box - $16.10 Large Flat Rate Box - $21.50 Be aware that postal rates can change with short notice and, therefore, listed rates should be considered approximate. If you require shipping, please include that information when you register to bid in our auction. Shipped packages will not go to the post office until the Wednesday following the auction close. When your package is shipped, you will be provided tracking information. Once the package begins tracking, we take no responsibility for damages. If something happens to your item or it doesn't arrive, you will need to file with the post office for an insurance claim. (Insurance is included with Priority Mail.) ***NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING at this time***

Payment Terms
Shortly after the close of the auction, you will receive an invoice at the email address you used to register. Payment must be made within 72 hours of the auction closing. If you pay online, it is suggested that you print out your proof of payment and bring it with you when you pick up your winnings. We gladly accept in person payments. We accept cash and credit cards. Please note that there will be a 10% buyer's premium applied to all auctions. At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders or traveler's checks.
All items must be picked up in Wood Village, OR, the Saturday or Sunday following the auction close. All pick-ups are by appointment only. Text or email to set up a time for pick up.
