PARCEL #1: 317.77 Assessor acres located 5 miles west of Alliance on Otoe Road. 258.9 Certified Irrigated Acres with 66.80 inches left in the 2020 to 2024 period. Two center pivots on one well with CRP tree corners. Includes 9,000+ square foot modern Morton Building. PARCEL #2: 159.49 Assessor acres located 8 miles west of Alliance on Otoe Road to CR #69, 4 miles north on CR #69 to Lincoln , and ½ mile west on Lincoln Road. 136.0 Certified Irrigated Acres with 75.84 inches left in the 2020 to 2024 period.
